At CrashGuard WP, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a refund. Below, we explain our refund policy.
When can you request a refund?
- The product does not work as described, and our support team has been unable to resolve the issue.
- You accidentally made a duplicate purchase.
- You did not receive the digital product (downloadable file) after contacting our support team.
Cases where we DO NOT offer refunds:
- If you changed your mind after purchase.
- If the product does not meet your subjective expectations.
- If your website has conflicts with other plugins or themes, but CrashGuard WP works as described.
- If you forgot to cancel the automatic renewal (in case of future subscriptions).
Refund request period
You have 14 days from the purchase date to request a refund.
How to request a refund?
Please send us an email at soporte@crashguardwp.com with the following information:
- Your name and email address.
- Order number.
- A detailed reason for requesting the refund.
Our team will review your request and respond within a maximum of 3 business days.
Refund processing
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
